So using the right words every day, using the right recitations, there’s a very old one many people use, it comes from the French physician, Emile Coue. Every day in every way, I’m getting stronger and stronger. Or it’s every day and in every way, I’m getting better and better. Come up with your own. And this is your homework after this session. Please do it. Come up with five recitations, five mantras that will be your go-tos every day.
