Novel meals. You’re going to say, “Robin, what does that mean?” If usually, you like, whatever it is, let’s Middle Eastern food, go have a Tibetan meal. If usually you eat farm-to-table food, go try Szechuan food. If usually you love sushi, maybe try a vegan meal. I don’t know what it is to you to try different food, but that is a great way to activate interesting ideas, new sensory perceptions, and to push you to your comfort zone because your growth lives at the edges of the places that terrify you.
