The Forced Optimization Strategy, is the FOS strategy I teach to my top clients. It’s worked wonders. If you want to get more healthy, save more money, be more productive, be a lot more joyful, find a lot more soulfulness in your life, the FOS strategy, write this down. It’s the Forced Optimization Strategy. See, a lot of times we have a great idea, and we have the best of intentions at the beginning of a new year, but it’s the execution and the implementation around intentions that get big things done. It’s not the intention. We all know that. Ideas without execution are pure hallucinations and nothing more than delusions. So, the FOS strategy is this. You force the optimization of the change and transformation you want to make in this new year’s season.
How do you force it? For example, let’s say you want to run my famous Two-Massage Protocol. It’s an incredible strategy that I teach in my online courses and to my top clients. Well, what you then do is you literally automate the Two-Massage Protocol. So, you call or you find a massage therapist in your community and you say to him or her, “Come to my house on Tuesdays and Fridays for 90 minutes at these two times.” You give them your credit card and you say, “There you go. Keep it running. Automate it. Come over twice a week, until I say stop, maybe a year later.”
How else can you run the Forced Optimization Strategy? Well, let’s say it’s fitness, total game-changer, creates a pharmacy of mastering your brain, elevates your metabolic rate, reduces cortisol, the fear hormone, first thing in the morning, releases BDNF, brain-derived neurotrophic factor. When you exercise first thing in the morning. Because it’s released through sweat, which grows new brain cells through neurogenesis, optimizes your learning. What’s the point? Let’s say you want to get fitness as a key part of your daily routine or weekly routine. What do you do? You find a fitness trainer, and you say, “Here’s my credit card.” And you have them show up at your house at 5:00 AM, three times a week, and it’s forced. You have to get up, because they are showing up at your front door three times a week, the Forced Optimization Strategy.
