Protect your physical dimension, what I call in my methodology, your Healthset, because as you know so well, there’s no point in getting through life, but reaching the end sick. The bonus idea is really, if you want to win, don’t die. So many of us are willing to sacrifice our health for wealth, and then when we discover what life is all about and get maybe to the end, we would trade any of our wealth for one day of good health. And so I know you know this, but if you are not exercising at least once a day, please start doing it now. If you’re exercising every morning already, do it with greater intensity and calibration, enthusiasm and passion. And if you really want to win, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and in terms of your lifestyle, then do that second wind workout that I’ve encouraged you to do. Four o’clock, five o’clock, six o’clock, go walk in a garden or go take a mountain bike ride or go for a swim, or go for a run or do a little skip or maybe do a little dance. But I really believe exercise is the game-changer. It’ll increase your income, your impact, your resilience, your joyfulness, your serenity. It’s really the gateway. I don’t want to use the word drug, but the gateway drug to a world-class life.
