Commit to Faithful Generosity [If You Really Want to Be a Benevolent Leader]

Faithful generosity. Why do I call it faithful generosity? You know what generosity means, it’s being a giver versus a taker. But faithful generosity means you have faith in the idea that when you are generous, it’s not only good for your spirit and your soul and your character, and it’s not only good for the other person, but it’s good for the world. You see, a lot of us, we want the result but we don’t show faith. What I’m saying, the first element is have faith in the idea that when you are generous, the world will reply to your generosity. I have seen this so much in my own life. When I just trust that taking the high road, being good to someone, even if they might not deserve it in the moment, it does come back to you. It’s that natural law of cause and effect, or you could call it karma, but what you put out always comes back to you.
