Install This Daily Habit for a Strong September

Total game-changer, exercise. One of my favorite books I really encourage you to read it is Spark by Dr.John Ratey. And it’s all about the optimal science of exercise. For now, all you need to remember is The Second Wind Workout, which is at the end of your workday, go for a walk in nature, do a yoga class, and do a swim class. Here’s the point. If you believe that exercise really is a game changer, you feel better, you become stronger, you live longer, your moods are higher. If you believe exercise is that valuable, why would you only do it once a day? So also do the second wind workout, which is after your work, before you go home, or sometime in your evening, do a second workout to give you that second wind that runners get so you have an amazing evening.
