Install your foundational habit. The habit researchers have a term called the keystone habit. That’s the one habit that upgrades every other habit. Now, it could be joining The 5AM Club and running The 20/20/20 Formula. Your foundational
habit could be your pre-sleep routine, what that one hour before you go to bed doing an Epsom salt bath, maybe doing what I call a sleep stack that might have some sleep supplements. It might be doing a meditation or a journaling session. Your foundational habit could be morning exercise. BDNF and dopamine and serotonin and oxytocin are released to create a pharmacy of mastery that allows you to win during your day. Your foundational habit could be prayer. Your foundational habit could be exercise at the end of your day. Your foundational habit could be intermittent fasting three to four times a week.
