Hi, it’s Robin Sharma. Hope you are great. The message today is LME, Last Mile Excellence. It’s one of my favorite acronyms that I teach. And it really means this. When you most feel like giving up on a creative project is when you need to bring on your fire. So when I was finishing up The 5AM Club, my latest book, there were a lot of times where I felt like, “This is enough. I’ve so far. I’ve worked on it for four years. I’ve iterated and optimized it. It’s time to let it go.” And there is a time to let it go. Having said that, I knew I could do better, and so I dug even deeper. So this applies to you in your relationship, it applies to you in your work, it applies to you in your fitness. It’s right at the end of the race when you’re tired and you’re depleted that as you go deeper and bring on your fire, that’s what makes heroism.
