Start Calling Problems “Projects”

See, if you recite your excuses long enough, you actually believe they are true. And beneath every excuse lives a fear. “I can’t get fit, I can’t be great, I can’t be positive, I can’t be excellent. I can’t have a heroic life. I can’t spend a year in Bali. I can’t do this.” That is someone who is stuck in fear and limitation speaking. So, you want to make the pivot to a mentality of can. Start calling problems projects. You have a big problem, it’s a big project. And projects yield gold. How do you get strong? We grow strong and are introduced to our greatness by the doing of difficult things. Problems are not bad. Problems introduce us to our heroism.
