You’re going to love this tool. It’s called the 10×3 Tool. You’re going to say, “Robin, what are you talking about, the 10×3 Tool?” Well, words have power. I don’t know if you watch your words, but victims talk in a certain way. Leaders talk in a completely different way. Victims are all about, “I can’t, I have a problem. I’m in trouble. I hate this. This client makes me sick.” That’s how victims talk. It’s called victims speak. Leaders without titles talk in a fundamentally different language, leadership language. It’s about the possibility. It’s about, “I can, I will, I must I achieve. I’m happy.” That’s how they talk. So this tool, the 10×3 Tool, it’s simple. You ask yourself, “What idea that I just shared, do you really want to wire in, so it’s automatic for you? So you’ll live it?” And then you come up with a phrase around that idea, a power phrase, and then you repeat that phrase. It could be, “Today I will be an epic performer in what I do. Today I will run towards the things that frightened me.” It could be a phrase that says, “Today I’ll be the most optimistic person in every room. Today could be, I feel courage amidst difficult times.” And then the 10×3 Tool is simply this. You silently repeat the phrase 10 times, and after that you silently write out the phrase 10 times. And after that you speak the phrase aloud 10 times. And just imagine if you did that every day and you ran this tool, you would start practicing living the ideas I’ve been sharing with you.
