No idea works unless you do the work. Less talk, more do. The job of a leader is implementation, versus simply innovation and ideation. Take the ideas that I’m sharing with you and act on them, and do it when it’s easy, and do it when it’s hard. Do it on your sunny days, do it in your wintry seasons, because that’s what the best do. Because consistency is the mother of mastery.
