There are two mindsets. There’s the fixed mindset. “I can’t change. I’m who I am. I’m stuck in who I need to be.” It’s pretty much victimitis excusitis. And then there’s the growth mindset, and that’s the growth mindset of all masters, all elite performers and people who get big things done in the world. So you can build your brain. You don’t have the brain. You don’t need to have the brain you were born with. You can have a supercharged brain through reading and through meditation and through practice. That’s the power of visualization. So really think about neuroplasticity and really think about the plasticity or the malleability of the brain. It’s almost like my bicep metaphor. You want a strong bicep, get into the gym, build the bicep, train it, and then recover. Same thing for the brain, train your brain, push your brain, rest it, and it will grow.
